THREE BEDROOM CHARACTER COTTAGE WITH HEATED POOL

Very comfortable character cottage located next to the owners' home in an historic priory, parts of which date back to the 12th century, in the small village of Les Roches St Paul near Ligré and only 6km from the beautiful mediaeval city of Chinon. The village is situated on the left bank of the River Vienne and the cottage has its own private garden and terrace with garden furniture and BBQ. The cottage is surrounded by 2 hectares of grounds with a large 14x6.5 heated pool. There is a second holiday cottage on site.

Bed linen is included in the rental. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 122 Euros on arrival
Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for heating are payable to the owner on site.
PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
