Spacious and charming detached lakeside cottage located in the heart of the countryside near the rural village of Hottot Les Bagues (406 inhabitants) just 15km from the historic town of Bayeux, 20km from Port En Bessin and the seaside, 20km from Arromanches and the Landing Beaches and 22km from Caen. The cottage is surrounded by one hectare of grounds with two fishing lakes and a small bridge, a rowing boat, private sun terrace overlooking one of the lakes, garden furniture and BBQ.

The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental. Any additional consumption and heating, including water heating, will be charged at cost. Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. A fully refundable security deposit of 300 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for heating, water heating and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
