Attractive little detached cottage situated in the beautiful Périgord Noir region of the Dordogne in the rural hamlet of Leymogedies 3km from Hautefort, 40km east of Périgueux and 8km south of the River Auvézère. The cottage has its own unfenced garden with garden furniture and BBQ.

Bed linen may be hired for 8 Euros per bed per week and towels and household linen may be hired for 4 Euros per person per week or guests may bring their own sheets and pillow cases and towels and tea towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental. Any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. A fully refundable security deposit of 65 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival together with a small Tourist Tax of 0.60 Euros per person per day.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for bed linen hire, heating and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker so please ensure that you leave the property clean and tidy at the end of your stay or a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
