Detached timbered character cottage dating from 1720 located in the heart of the countryside on a stud farm in Lessard Et Le Chêne near Grandchamp Château. The cottage is surrounded by lush, leafy countryside and has its own private grounds with garden furniture, BBQ and a brook running nearby. Guests may visit the foals and mares on site. Lisieux is 14km, Houlgate and the seaside 42km and Caen 42km from the cottage.

Utility charges and heating are in addition to the rental and are charged at 53 Euros per week from November to April, 38 Euros per week in May, September and October and 23 Euros per week during June, July and August. Guests will need to bring sheets and pillow cases and towels and tea towels. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. A fully refundable security deposit of 300 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival together with a small tourist tax of 0.30 Euros per day for everyone aged 13 and over.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for utilities are payable to the owner on site.

Please remember that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
