Very comfortable detached character cottage with pool located in the village of Lesmont to the east of Troyes in the Forest of Orient Regional Park in the Aube region of Champagne right on the banks of the River Aube and only 10km from Brienne le Château. The property is beautifully located between the river and wooded parkland. There is a pool and tennis court on site shared with guests staying at the owner's Chambre d'Hôtes.

Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Utility charges are included in the rental. A fully refundable security deposit of 152 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker so please ensure that you leave the property clean and tidy at the end of your stay or a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
