Detached single storey villa located only 50 metres from a beautiful sandy beach and 500 metres from the centre of La Tranche. The villa has its own enclosed grounds with sun terrace, garden furniture and garage for one small car.

Guests will need to bring sheets and pillow cases and towels and tea towels. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. The French agency will require a fully refundable security deposit of 300 Euros on arrival together with a small tourist tax of 60 cents per day for everyone aged 13 and over.
PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker so please ensure that you leave the property clean and tidy at the end of your stay or a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
