TWO BEDROOM CHARACTER COTTAGE ON 16th CENTURY ESTATE

Very comfortable character cottage located in the extensive grounds of an historic château parts of which date back to the 16th century and situated just outside Leméré near the historic town of Chinon. The owners live in the château and offer Chambres d'Hôtes on site. The cottage has its own south-facing garden with large terrace, garden furniture and BBQ and also has a north-facing courtyard. Table tennis and two bicycles are also available for guests. The 21 hectares of grounds contain 6 hectares of woodland.

The rental includes the first 56kw of electricity per week, any additional consumption heating will be charged at cost. Central heating is available for 4/8 Euros per day. Bed linen is included in the rental. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. A security deposit of 122 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival.
Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for heating are payable to the owner on site.
PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit.
