Comfortable detached single-storey country cottage located in the samll village of Lecelles in the Hainaut Cambresis region of the Nord near the border with Belgium. The cottage is just 6km from the beautiful Forêt de St Amand. The cottage has its own enclosed lawned garden with terrace, garden furniture and BBQ. The border with Belgium is only 3km away and Valenciennes is 12km away. The cottage is located on local road which can be quite busy at times.

Utility charges are included in the rental. Bed linen is included in the rental. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. A fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival. Wood for the open fire can be bought from the owner.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the property clean and tidy at the end of your stay or a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
