Very comfortable detached cottage located in the small village of Lebiez (211 inhabitants) only 18km from Montreuil and 35km from Stella Plage, Le Touquet and the seaside. The cottage has its own courtyard and enclosed garden with garden furniture, BBQ and swings.

Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. Utility charges and heating are included in the rental. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 250 Euros on arrival together with a small tourist tax of 0.70 Euros per person per day.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
