Pretty detached traditional Champagne country cottage located in Laubressel in the region of the Great Lakes. The cottage has its own enclosed garden and is located in the Orient Forest and is only 10 minutes from the Temple, Orient and Amance lakes. Fresnoy Le Château lies to the south a short drive away. The cottage is surrounded by its own well tended grounds with terrace, garden furniture, BBQ and swings.

Bed linen is included in the rental. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Electricity charges and firewood are in addition to the rental. A fully refundable security deposit of 200 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire, electricity, firewood and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker so please ensure that you leave the property clean and tidy at the end of your stay or a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
