Historic character cottage with a lookout tower dating from the 11th century located in Le Sambuc in the Camargue region of Provence just 22km from the historic town of Arles. The cottage is located on a farm on the banks of Lake Vaccarès. The owners live nearby and are on hand to make guests welcome. There are two other cottages on site.

The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Blankets and pillows are provided. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. A fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire and heating are payable to the owner on site.

N.B. In France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
