Very attractive character cottage located just outside the small village of Langoat just 7km from Tréguier and 9km from the beautiful sandy beaches of the Pink Granite Coast. The cottage has its own enclosed garden and terrace with garden furniture and BBQ. The interior is comfortable and very tastefully furnished with wood panelled kitchen fittings.

Bed linen is included in the rental. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. The owners will also require a fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros on arrival.
Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for heating are payable to the owner on site.
PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
