Comfortable semi-detached first floor cottage located beside an orchard and next to the owner's home in the pretty village of Kintzheim in Alsace Lorraine. The Village is noted for its three fountains, 13th century château and 18th century château and 19th century church. The cottage overlooks the grounds of the 18th century château and has its own small enclosed garden with garden furniture and BBQ. A footpath leads directly from the cottage to the château. Kintzheim is 5km from Selestat, 22km from the River Rhine and 52km from Strasbourg.

Bed linen may be hired or guests may bring sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. Central heating is included in the rental. A fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
