SEASIDE FARM COTTAGE WITH POOL

Semi-detached farm cottage located just 2km from Belz, 2km from Erdeven and only 5km from the beaches of the Gulf of Morbihan. The cottage has its own sun terrace with garden furniture and shares extensive grounds with swimming pool, stone built BBQ, table tennis and swings. A sauna is also available for guests at an additional charge. There are four other gîtes and four Chambre d'Hôtes on site.

Guests may hire bed linen and towels or bring their own sheets and pillow cases and towels and tea towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. Utility charges are in addition to the rental. The owners will require a fully refundable security deposit of 155 Euros on arrival together with a small tourist tax of 0.30 Euros per person per day.
Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for bed linen hire and utilities are payable to the owner on site.
PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
