Semi-detached stone built cottage located on the owners' cereal farm 2km from the village of Ploulec'h, 4km from Lannion and only 6km from the beach. The cottage has its own private sun terrace with garden furniture and shares additional grounds of 1000 sq metres with lawn, boules court and swings with the adjoining cottage.

Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Blankets and pillows are provided. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption will be charged at cost. Heating if required is in addition to the rental. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire and heating are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
