Very well cared for cottage on the coast of the Bay of Duarnenez located on the owner's farm in Kerioret Huella 2km from the attractive little village of Kerlaz. A footpath leads from the farm directly to a sandy beach beach just 800m away from which Douarnenez can be seen across the bay. The beautiful historic little town of Locronan and Douarnenez are only a few kilmoetres from Kerioret. There are two larger cottages on site each sleeping 4/5.

Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. All utility charges except for heating are included in the rental. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros on arrival together with a small tourist tax of 0.30 Euros per adult per day.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire and heating are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
