Each Cottage Sleeps 4
Two very well cared for cottages on the coast of the Bay of Duarnenez located on the owner's farm in Kerioret Huella 2km from the attractive little village of Kerlaz. A footpath leads from the farm directly to a sandy beach beach just 800m away from which Douarnenez can be seen across the bay. The beautiful historic little town of Locronan and Douarnenz are only a few kilometres from Kerioret. There is a third smaller cottage on site to sleep 2/3 people.

Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. All utility charges except for heating are included in the rental. The owner will also require a fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros for each cottage on arrival. There is a small tourist tax of 0.30 Euros per adult per day which will be collected by the owner on arrival.
Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for bed linen hire and utilities are payable to the owner on site.
PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
