One of five cottages located on the owner's dairy farm only 500 metres from the beach and 5km from the small village of Kergorz. The cottage is semi-detached and is the most spacious of the gîtes. The farm is located near a beautiful sandy beach beach and is surrounded by countryside.

Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases with them. Blankets and pillows are provided. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros on arrival together with a small tourist tax of 0.30 Euros per adult per day.
Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for bed linen hire and heating are payable to the owner on site.
PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
