FOUR BEDROOM SEASIDE CHARACTER COTTAGE

Attractive south-facing character cottage located on the outskirts of the small village of Kerbors only 2km from the seaside, 15km from Paimpol and 20km from Perros-Guirec and the beautiful beaches of the Pink Granite coast. The cottage has its own courtyard and lawned garden with garden furniture, BBQ, swings and petanque court.

Guests will need to bring sheets and pillow cases and towels and tea towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. Utility charges except for heating are included in the rental. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 300 Euros on arrival.
Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for heating are payable to the owner on site.
PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
