SPACIOUS SEMI-DETACHED FARM COTTAGE NEAR THE RIVER LOIRE

Spacious and comfortable single storey semi-detached farm cottage located on the outskirts of the quiet village of Lavau Sur Loire just 2km from the River Loire itself, 20km from Saint Nazaire and 25km from the beach. The cottage has its own shady garden with sun terrace, garden furniture and BBQ.

Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental. Any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. A fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros per gîte and a small tourist tax of 0.30 Euros per adult per day (about 10/15 pence) is payable to the owner on arrival.
Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire and heating are payable to the owner on site.
PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
