Comfortable and tastfully furnished character cottage located next to the owners' home near the rural village of Ivry En Montagne in the popular Vignoble region of Burgundy. The cottage has its own enclosed well-maintained shady garden with garden furniture. Beaune is only a few minutes' drive to the east.

Bed linen and towels are included in the rental. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. A fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival together with a small tourist tax of 0.30 Euros per adult per day.
Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for heating are payable to the owner on site.
PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
