Comfortable semi-detached cottage located in the centre of the rural hamlet of Saint-Inglevert only 15km from Calais and 4km from the coast. The cottage shares a well-kept garden with the owner and has its own terrace and courtyard with garden furniture and BBQ.

Guests will need to bring sheets and pillow cases and towels and tea towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 100 Euros on arrival together with a small tourist tax.
Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for heating are payable to the owner on site.
PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
