Stone built tastefully furnished semi-detached country cottage located in the quiet hamlet of of Surrain (124 inhabitants) just 5km from Colleville and the seaside, 10km from Bayeux, 18km from Grandcamp Maisy, 20km from Arromanches and the landing beaches and 45km from Caen. There are three other gîtes on site.

The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental. Any additional consumption will be charged at cost. Heating, including water heating, is charged at 65 Euros per week from November to April, 50 Euros per week in May, June, September and October and 35 Euros per week in July and August. Bed linen is included in the rental. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. A fully refundable security deposit of 300 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival together with a small Tourist Tax of 0.65 Euros per person per day.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for utilities and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

N.B. In France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
