DETACHED CHARACTER COTTAGE

Charming detached character cottage located in Heugleville-sur-Scie in a beautiful valley in a conservation area in the Pays de Caux region of Seine Maritime just 22km from the coast. The cottage dates from the 17th century and is very tastefully decorated with some furnishings dating back to the 19th century and has its own enclosed garden of 600sq metres with garden furniture and BBQ and children's play area with swings.

Bed linen is included in the rental. Guests with need to bring towels and tea towels. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption and heating, including water heating, will be charged at cost. A fully refundable security deposit of 305 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival.
Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for heating and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.
Please remember that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
