The property is surrounded by its own enclosed gardens with sun terrace, garden furniture, BBQ, swings, boules courts and volley ball.

Guests will need to bring sheets and pillow cases and towels and tea towels. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption and water heating will be charged at cost. Heating is charged at 70 Euros a week from September to June and is in addition to the rental (meters will be read at the end of your stay) during the rest of the year. A fully refundable security deposit of 300 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for heating, firewood and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
