Completely independent gîte located in a timbered character cottage with stunning views over the surrounding countryside in Le Hameau de Normandie, a quiet rural hamlet located 4km from Vernon and the River Seine and separated from Vernon by Bizy Forest. The gîte opens directly onto the garden with sun terrace, garden furniture and BBQ. The owners occupy the other part of the cottage.

The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental. Any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. A fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire and heating are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
