Semi-detached seaside cottage located in the popular family seaside resort of Guidel Plage on the Bay of Biscay and just 300 metres from a beautiful sandy beach, 600 metres from the picturesque River Laita, 3.5km from the centre of Guidel, 10km from Lorient and 50km from Carnac. The cottage has its own small enclosed garden with sun terrace and garden furniture.

Guests will need to bring sheets and pillow cases and towels and tea towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. Electricity charges are in addition to the rental. The owners will require a fully refundable security deposit of 200 Euros on arrival together with a small tourist tax of 0.30 Euros (about 20/30 pence) per adult per day.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
