Attractive semi-detached riverside cottage located in the peaceful hamlet of Frontenay Rohan-Rohan in the heart of the beautiful Marais Poitevin Nature Reserve which is a haven for wildlife and intertwined with waterways. The owner lives next door and is available to make guests welcome. The cottage has its own private terrace and courtyard with garden furniture and BBQ and there are a further two hectares of grounds with a lake and rowing boat which are shared with the owner.

The cottage is in the heart of the Marais Poitevin Nature Reserve which is intertwined with waterways and is a haven for wildlife

Guests will need to bring sheets and pillow cases and towels and tea towels with them. Blankets and pillows are provided. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental. Any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. A fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for heating are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker so please ensure that you leave the property clean and tidy at the end of your stay or a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
