Very spacious detached rural character cottage located in the countryside 2km from the village of Grandpré, 10km from the River Aisne, 25km from Lake Bairon, 55km from Verdun and 73km from Reims. The cottage has its own enclosed garden of 800 sq metres with sun terrace, garden furniture, BBQ and swing.

Guests will need to bring sheets and pillow cases and towels and tea towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental. Any additional consumption will be charged at cost. Heating is in addition to the rental. A fully refundable security deposit of 300 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire, heating and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker so please ensure that you leave the property clean and tidy at the end of your stay or a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
