Comfortable and spacious detached 18th century character cottage located in St Thurien just 4km from the River Seine, 35km from Honfleur and the coast, 40km from Le Havre and 50km from Rouen. The cottage has been very tastefully restored to retain its original character and features and its bedrooms are themed. It has its own private sun terrace with garden furniture and is surrounded by extensive grounds of 4000 sq metres with 9x4.5 metre heated swimming pool, garden furniture, BBQ, table tennis, swings, sand pit, badminton, petanque and orchard which it shares with the owners and one smaller cottage to sleep four.

Bed linen and towels are included in the rental. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption will be charged at cost. Heating is in addition to the rental. A fully refundable security deposit of 300 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire, heating and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
