Comfortable and spacious detached character cottagea and annex located in a charming rural hamlet 1km outside the small village of Le Tronquay and just 3km from Lyons Le Forêt, 30km from the historic city of Rouen and the River Seine and 60km from Dieppe and the coast. The cottage is surrounded by extensive landscaped gardens with an unfenced pond which are shared with the owners and has an above ground heated swimming pool, sun terrace, garden furntiture, BBQ and table tennis. The cottage is near the magnificent beech groves of Lyons Forest.

Guests may hire bed linen and towels or bring their own sheets and pillow cases and towels and tea towels. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption will be charged at cost. Heating is in addition to the rental. A fully refundable security deposit of 300 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire, heating and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
