Very comfortable farm cottage dating from 1862 located in the hamlet of Maisons (308 inhabitants) in the Bessin region of Calvados only 4km from the seaside and 4km from Bayeux. The cottage has an enclosed garden of 350 sq metres which contains its own pond. There is one other cottage on site and owner offers one Chambres d'Hôtes from his home nearby.

Utility charges are included in the rental. Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. A fully refundable security deposit is payable to the owner on arrival together with a small Tourist Tax of 0.50 Euros per day for everyone aged 13 and over.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
