Very comfortable seaside maisonette located in a small holiday village of 10 apartments with shared swimming pool in a quiet, residential area of La Tranche Sur Mer just 600 metres from the beach. The property has its own spacious private sun terrace with garden furniture and stone built BBQ.

Utility charges except for heating are included in the rental. Bed linen and towels may be hired from a local "pressing" or guests may bring their own sheets and pillow cases and towels and tea towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. The French agency will require a fully refundable security deposit of 300 Euros on arrival together with a small tourist tax of 60 cents per day for everyone aged 13 and over.
PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker so please ensure that you leave the property clean and tidy at the end of your stay or a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
