Spacious and comfortable, detached villa located just 150 metres from the beach in a quiet residential area of the La Grière suburb of La Tranche Sur Mer. The villa is surrounded by an enclosed garden with sun terrace, garden furniture and BBQ. Parking is possible in the grounds.

Guests will need to bring sheets and pillow cases and towels and tea towels - bed linen and towels may be hired from a "pressing" in La Tranche Sur Mer. Blankets and pillows are provided. The French agency will require a fully refundable security deposit of 300 Euros together with a small tourist tax of 0.30 Euros per person per day aged 13 years and over.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker so please ensure that you leave the property clean and tidy at the end of your stay or a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
