Comfortable modern detached farm cottage located in the heart of a countryside in Offerque just 7km from Oyé Plage and 10km from Calais. The cottage has its own sun terrace with garden furniture and BBQ and is surrounded by extensive grounds with children's play centre with swings and a small lake shared with four other gîtes.

Guests may hire bed linen and towels or bring their own sheets and pillow cases and towels and tea towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. Utility charges are in addition to the rental. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros on arrival together with a small tourist tax of 0.30 Euros per person per day.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire and utilities are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
