Traditional detached character cottage dating from the 16th century located in the rural hamlet of Gimont in the Valley of the Cher 2km from Bléré and 12km south of Amboise and the River Loire. The cottage is surrounded by extensive unfenced grounds with terrace, garden furniture and BBQ.

Bed linen is included in the rental. Guests may hire towels or bring their own towels and tea towels. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros on arrival
Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for towels hire, heating, firewood and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.
PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
