Charming detached one storey cottage located in the tiny rural hamlet of Gerland 7km from Nuits-St-Georges between Dijon and Beaune in the historic Vignoble region of Burgundy. Honey is produced on site.

The first 56kw of electricity is included in the rental. Any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. Bed linen, towels and end of stay cleaning are included in the rental. A fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival together with a small tourist tax of 0.65 Euros per person per day.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for heating are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
