VERY COMFORTABLE RURAL COTTAGE WITH PRIVATE POOL

Very comfortable and beautifully restored country cottage situated on a working farm in St Martin des Fontaines in the Southern Vendée near the beautiful Marais Poitevin nature reserve with its maze of waterways and near the Mervent Forest. The cottage has its own 10x5 secure private pool and shares extensive grounds with two fishing lakes which are reserved exclusively for guests staying at the gîtes. There are two smaller gîtes and one Chambre d'Hôtes on site.

Utility charges except for heating are included in the rental. Heating is charged at 50 Euros per week according to season. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 300 Euros on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for end of stay cleaning and heating are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
