Beautifully renovated and very high quality character vineyard cottage located in the heart of the countryside 2km from the small village of Eguilly Sous Bois. The cottage stands in its own extensive grounds and is surrounded by beautiful forest and is only 15km from Nigoland adventure park and 22km from the Forest of Orient lakes.

Bed linen is included in the rental. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Electricity charges and wood are in addition to the rental. A fully refundable security deposit of 152 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for utilities and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker so please ensure that you leave the property clean and tidy at the end of your stay or a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
