One of two superbly located detached country cottages situated in the heart of the countryside in Suce Sur Erdre right on the banks of the beautiful River Erdre "the most beautiful river in France". The cottage has its own private sun terrace overlooking the River Erdre with garden furniture and BBQ and shares a covered heated swimming pool with the other gîte on site and three Chambres d'Hôtes. La Gamotrie is 20km north-east of Nantes and 60km from the coast.

Guests may hire bed linen and towels or bring their own sheets and pillow cases and towels and tea towels. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental. Any additional consumption will be charged at cost. Central heating is in addition to the rental and is charged at 61 Euros per week. A fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire and heating are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
