Superb 19th century character cottage located in the grounds of the Manoir de Fumechon just outside the small village of Saint Vaast du Val and only 25km from the coast, 30km from the historic town of Rouen and 30km from Dieppe. The manor is surrounded by 4 hectares of landscaped wooded parkland with covered swimming pool and the cottage has its own private garden with garden furniture and BBQ. The owners offer Chambres d'Hôtes in the manor house.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
