COMFORTABLE SEMI-DETACHED CHARACTER FARM COTTAGE NEAR THE COAST

Superb ivy-covered semi-detached traditional character farm cottage located in the heart of the countryside 1km from the village of Pléboulle and only 4km from the beautiful beaches of the Emerald coast. The cottage is surrounded by extensive shared wooded grounds with terrace, garden furniture, BBQ and swings. Erquy is 10km to the west of Pléboule and Dinard is 25km and St Malo is 30km to the east. The owners live on site and are available to make guests welcome.

The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental. Any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. Guests will need to bring their own sheets and pillow cases and towels and tea towels. Blankets and Franch style pillows are provided. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 300 Euros on arrival together with a small tourist tax of 0.30 Euros per person per day.
Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for heating are payable to the owner on site.
PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
