The cottage is surrounded by two hectares of its own grounds with 8x4 private swimming pool, table tennis, garden furniture and BBQ.

There are two staircases each leading to two bedrooms - one double and one twin & washroom with wc

Utility charges, bed linen and towels are included in the rental. Arrival time is from 4pm and departure time is up to 10am. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of £150 on arrival.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
