Comfortable semi-detached character cottage located in the rural village of Fontaine Les Crosilles 15km from Arras, 27km from Douai, 29km from Cambrai and 44km from Lens. The cottage has its own sun terrace with garden furniture and BBQ and shares an enclosed garden with the neighbouring cottage.

Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. Utility charges are included in the rental. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire and heating are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
