The smaller of two very comfortable semi-detached cottages located in the heart of the countryside in St Avit Senieur in the Périgord Pourpre 10km south of Lalinde and the River Dordogne and 35km from Bergerac. Each cottage has its own enclosed garden with garden furniture and BBQ and both cottages share grounds of 1700 square metres with an 8 x 4 fenced swimming pool, table tennis, garden furniture and BBQ.

Guests may hire bed linen and towels or bring their own sheets and pillow cases and towels and tea towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental. Any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. A fully refundable security deposit of 300 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for bed linen hire and heating are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker so please ensure that you leave the property clean and tidy at the end of your stay or a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
