Imposing detached modern cottage "de bon confort" located on the edge of the peaceful village of Florent En Argonne in the heart of the Argonne Forest in Champagne. The property has an attractive balcony upstairs and its own enclosed garden with terrace, garden furniture and BBQ. There is a pretty little stream running behind the house. Florent is 7km north east of Ste Menéhould and 40km from Verdun.

Guests will need to bring sheets and pillow cases and towels and tea towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental. Any additional consumption will be charged at cost. Heating is in addition to the rental. A fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for heating and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
