THREE BEDROOM RURAL CHARACTER COTTAGE WITH POOL

Attractive character cottage located in the heart of the countryside next to the owner's home a short distance from the quiet hamlet of Ferrière-Laçon in the southern Touraine 18km south of Loches and 7km east of Descartes. The cottage is surrounded by extensive wooded grounds of 3000 sq metres with covered heated swimming pool, swings and a sand pit for the exclusive use guests staying at the gîte. Bed linen is included in the rental.

Bed linen and towels are included in the rental. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. Heating is in addition to the rental. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 122 Euros on arrival
Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for heating are payable to the owner on site.
PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
