Semi-detached character farm cottage with rustic furnishings located in a quiet rural hamlet 3km from Guidel, 12km from Lorient, 13km from Moelan Sur Mer, 52km from Carnac and 60km from Quimper. Footpaths from the cottage lead to a beautiful sandy beach just 800 metres away. The cottage has its own small garden with sun terrace overlooking the surrounding countryside, garden furniture and BBQ.

Guests will need to bring sheets and pillow cases and towels and tea towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. Gas and electricity charges are in addition to the rental. The owners will require a fully refundable security deposit of 200 Euros on arrival together with a small tourist tax of 0.30 Euros (about 20/30 pence) per adult per day.
PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
