Two comfortable semi-detached farm cottages located on the Ferme Fontaine du Dy just 15km from Fontainebleau, 70km from Paris and 70km from Eurodisney. The cottages share a large unfenced garden with garden furniture and BBQ and overlook over a beautiful wooded hillside. The owners live on site and are on hand to make guests welcome.

Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases with them. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption and heating is charged at cost. A fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire, heating and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the gîte clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
