Attractive detached character cottage located on the first floor of a former mill. The cottage is situated in the small village of Saint-Aubin-Epinay in Seine-Maritime close to the historic city of Rouen. The property is located in the grounds of the owner's home and has its own garden, table tennis and chidren's play area. Guests also have free access to the local tennis courts.

The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental. Any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. A fully refundable security deposit of 305 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire, heating and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
